Although commonly interpreted as a celebration of rugged individualism, the poem actually contains multiple different meanings. “Because it was grassy and wanted wear.” As I was reading this poem along, I was able to imagine the situation of this traveller. Written in 1915 in England, 'The Road Not Taken' is one of Robert Frostsand the worldsmost well-known poems.
